Lorenzo Mondo
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Born in Asti (Piedmont) in 1973.
Graduated in Philosophy at Rome’s Pontificia Salesiana University in 1998; he also gained a degree in Environmental Engineering from Turin’s Politecnico University in 2000.
STAR S.r.l (now STAR7 S.p.A) was established in 2000 as the Italian branch of Star AG, a leading global provider of translation services, following Lorenzo Mondo’s collaboration with the Swiss Group. Lorenzo Mondo began his career at the company as Managing Director, devoting much of his time to securing direct clients through a highly focused period of business development. In 2001, when STAR began to operate as an independent company, Lorenzo Mondo took on the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Josef Zibung

Born in Hergiswil (Switzerland) in 1957.
Josef Zibung began his career at TechTra SA, a firm specialised in technical documentation translation. In 1984, in Switzerland, he founded STAR AG Software, Translation, Artwork, Recording, the parent company of the STAR Group today. He is Chief Executive Officer of the group, which has 43 branches in 30 countries.

Andrea Farina

Born in Latina (Lazio) in 1972.
Graduated in Philosophy at Rome’s Pontificia Salesiana University in 1998, before receiving a degree in Law from Sapienza University in 1999, also in Rome.
Andrea Farina founded his own legal practice, Farina and Partners, in 2010. He provides legal consultancy to leading companies and institutions, including STAR7, where he has been a board member since 2015. He is also a professor at Rome’s Pontificia Salesiana University and a member of its Academic Senate.

Roberto Manzoni

Born in Domodossola (Piedmont) in 1964.
Graduated in Sports Science at the University of Turin.
Roberto Manzoni was a lecturer at the University of Turin from 2006 to 2014; since the early 2000s he has been working with the Italian Winter Sports Federation, overseeing athletes’ physical preparation. Formerly, he was Vice President of the Federation’s coaching school, where he was also technical head and training coordinator.

Graduated in Communications at the University of Bologna in 1998.
Following several Account Executive roles in communications and import/export firms, she joined Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena in 2009 where she worked in several planning and training-related positions before becoming HR Business Partner.

Paolo Rebaudengo

Born in Asti in 1947.
Graduated in Political Science at the University of Turin.
Director considered independent under article 148, paragraph 3 of the Consolidated Finance Act (TUF).
Paolo Rebaudengo has considerable corporate experience gained from working 41 years for the FIAT Group, which he joined in 1973; he became Director of Industrial Relations at FIAT Torino in 1996. His most significant achievements include a series of restructurings at subsidiaries operating in the components industry and a deal agreed at the Pomigliano plant in Southern Italy in 2008 following a labour protest, which marked a radical change to how relations with factory workers were conducted. He has also held roles at Confindustria, (Italy’s national chamber of commerce), as a member of its Council; and at Federmeccanica (the Italian Federation of Metalworking Industries) as Vice President; he was also Chairman of FIAT’s Directors Pension Fund. As a board director at STAR7, he makes a key contribution to developing and managing client, supplier and employer relationships – an area for which he has been entrusted with a specific role.

Obtained a diploma from the Nizza Monferrato Nicola Pellati Technical Institute.
She began her career at the Italian Ministry for Public Administration. Her subsequent roles included Secretarial Administrative Coordinator and a period working in Asti’s local teaching supervisory office.

Fabio Maria Venegoni
Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors
Born in Magenta (Lombardy) in 1963.
Graduated in Economic and Social Sciences at Milan’s Bocconi University in 1987.
Fabio Maria Venegoni is a qualified Accountant and Auditor and has been registered as a technical consultant for the Court of Milan since 1990. He has occupied a number of academic roles and is a partner at legal practice Trotter Studio Associato. He sits on the board of statutory auditors and board of directors at various companies, including several that are listed on the Italian stock exchange.
Vincenzo Gambaruto

Born in Turin in 1969.
He is registered with the Italian Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors, the Italian Association of Statutory Auditors, the Italian Association of Technical Consultants for Courts and the Register of Auditors for Italian Local Authorities. Until 2008 he was a member of Studio Tributario e Societario, the Deloitte tax practice firm. Following this, he co-founded tax and corporate consultancy practice Barolo Gambaruto e Associati in Turin.

Alberto Bodiglio is registered with the Ivrea and Turin Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors, the Italian Association of Statutory Auditors, the Italian Association of Technical Consultants for Courts and is on the Register of Auditors for Italian Local Authorities.
Stefano Cernuschi

Born in Voghera (Lombardy) in 1980.
Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Pavia.
He began his career at PwC before moving to legal practice Trotter Studio Associato in Milan. He is also registered with the Pavia Association of Professional Accountants and is on the Register of Auditors. He mainly provides consultancy on tax and corporate affairs.
Roberto Todisco

Born in Milan in 1982.
Graduated in Economics and Business Law from the Catholic University of Milan, he began his career with the Studio Cornaglia & Associati.
Registered with the Milan association of Professional Accountants and with the Register of Auditors, he currently serves as partner in Trotter Studio Associato.
He is mainly involved in tax, corporate and business consulting.
