What we can do
The European Directives that regulate the marketing of products in the European Economic Area (EEA) require that Technical Documentation, also called a Technical File, is prepared to assess conformity of the product with essential requirements and for risk assessment where required. Together with the Declaration of Conformity, this must be kept by the manufacturer for ten years and presented to the relevant national authorities on request.
