Requirement
To identify a single, reliable partner to handle various requirements, including aftersales support for the EMEA region and the development of key assistance materials for vehicle operation and maintenance: owner and maintenance manuals, workshop manuals, timetables, and spare parts catalogs.
Solution
- Creation of a specific team of around 25 employees, based partly at STAR7’s Turin office and partly at the client's premises
- Complete outsourcing of the creation, management, and publication of onboarding documentation using GRIPs, STAR Group’s proprietary content management system
- Complete outsourcing of the management, creation, and multichannel delivery of dealership documentation through a content management system and a tool for managing the client’s catalogs
- On-demand printing and kitting service (STAR7 Printing)
- Creation of 3D images and video animations for virtual training (STAR7 Experience)
