Client
European headquarters of a well-known Japanese manufacturer of agricultural machinery (mainly tractors)
Requirement
To standardize the multilingual translation workflow of the e-learning modules in the .story format, dedicated to sales training for tractors. Solution

- Coordination via Webcheck (today CLM WebEdit) of the review and correction of translated texts by each of the European branches
- Constant updating of translation memories
- Coordination of the voice-over service
- Final delivery to the client of the target-language e-learning modules in .story format
Outcome
- A single partner to optimize workflow management with the multi-language production of the modules, coordinating branches in the revision process
- Project management activities fully under the responsibility of STAR7
- Receipt of complete .story file ready to be uploaded to the company LMS for the sales force in all countries involved
- Standardized and consistent terminology and accurate translation memory management
- Significant savings on translation times and costs
