Our collaboration is ongoing for 25+ years.   We engage continuously with over 150 separate stakeholders across multiple business divisions. Projects include highly creative and visible marketing, software U/I, business and educational content and requires the use of customer proprietary tools.

We've supported all hardware and software releases since 1997.  Worked on all marketing campaigns and launches, Online Store, Virtual Assistant etc. Over this time, we’ve been involved in numerous onboardings for new products & languages, processes, tools & services. Example: Creation, onboarding and launch of dedicated linguistic teams for in-house operational functions worldwide over a six-month period. This included defining and setting up new roles, processes, workflows, linguistic requirements, recruitment process, workflow & reporting/financial processes.

Deliverables range from high profile customer facing marketing materials, to employee facing materials, communications, systems and tools.
