What we can do
From product feasibility studies to creating CAD drawings for product components, our Product Engineering service guides our customers in engineering complex industrial projects. Our teams of engineers are available on site throughout the project life cycle, and for advice and assistance during construction, installation and production start-up.
Our offer
We offer our customers substantial experience in product design development.
We support them from the concept phase to implementing the final changes required for release into production.
We also offer the option to perform the necessary analyses and simulations for early project evaluation and validation remotely, thus significantly reducing time and costs also through Cost Engineering (Design to Cost/Benchmarking) analysis.
We design components and systems in various fields and perform all necessary structural analyses and simulations, both static and dynamic, in-house.
We also have all the CAD CAE tools that the market requires.
How we work
We work in all phases of product development:
- PLANNING
We start with the project objectives and requirements to define program milestones and propose the best planning - CONCEPT DESIGN
We listen and identify the customer’s needs, objectives, and project constraints, then generate ideas and develop the best solution proposals (Product Concept) - FEASIBILITY
We investigate and evaluate the technical and technological feasibility of the solutions proposed - DESIGN
We design product architecture by defining its components and subcomponents - DETAILING
We size the details of the project and define its technological features - PROTOTYPE & PRODUCT OPTIMIZATION
We make the prototypes (physical or virtual) for aesthetic, geometric and functional validation - FINAL DESIGN RELEASE
Conclusion of the prototype and validation phase (release of designs)
If requested by the customer, here we can integrate the other services that complete the product information life cycle: creation and management of technical information, translation, communications and printing. Drawing on the skills and experience of the people who know the products and processes right from the beginning.
